What is WidgetVox?
WidgetVox is an AI voice agent platform. You build one agent and use it as a website widget, a shareable Talk Page with a QR code, and — on Pro and Business — an inbound Twilio phone line. The same greeting, knowledge, and objectives apply across channels.
How do I add a voice agent to my website?
Create a free WidgetVox account, configure the agent, add knowledge from your website URL plus written instructions, then paste the widget.js snippet from your dashboard into WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, Wix, or any site HTML. A WordPress plugin zip is also available (enter your agent ID). Talk Page iframe embed lives on the Channels tab, not the Embed tab.
How much does WidgetVox cost?
WidgetVox plans are Starter at $49/month with 1,000 tokens and 10 Voice Agents; Pro at $149/month with 4,000 tokens, 50 Voice Agents, inbound Twilio phone-agent, and white-label Talk Pages; and Business at $399/month with 12,000 tokens, 500 Voice Agents, inbound phone, and 100% white-label Talk Pages. A Custom plan is available. All plans start with a 7-day free trial, no credit card required.
Can new Starter plans enable inbound phone?
New inbound Twilio phone enable is available on Pro and Business. Starter includes the website widget, Talk Page, and QR code. Existing Starter numbers that already have phone enabled stay live (grandfathered). Tokens are based on actual conversation cost, not minutes, and greetings are free.
What knowledge can I give an agent?
Give the agent your website URL and written business instructions. You can also import knowledge from a CSV.
What voices are available?
All paid plans include OpenAI Realtime voices — 10 voices.
What is a Talk Page?
A Talk Page is the agent's own shareable landing URL with a QR code, included on every paid plan. Visitors can talk to the agent without embedding the widget. Pro and Business can hide the watermark and use a custom domain. The Clients workspace is also Pro+.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. WidgetVox offers a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. Trial accounts get about half of Starter tokens (minimum 500) and 1 agent.
